Earlier today, my friend Gav directed me to a certain music website where I learned about this song. (SHOUT OUT: HELLO GAV!!!) :)
Well, needless to say, but I loved it.
The lyrics is pretty self-explanatory, so here it is;

They say it's about a girl who would go great to lengths to put up a happy and brave front when in all actuality, she's really lonely and disappointed inside. To me, the line "You'd break your neck to keep your chin up" means that she does not want people to know that she's hurting, so she'd rather keep the pain to herself, and pretend that everything is ok even though it's not, just to keep her pride.

Somehow, I can relate.
It's a really sad song, but it's very well written.
